How and why the information is used

Cullens Cleaning uses enquiry information to review your request, contact you about the clean, ask relevant follow-up questions, arrange a visit where needed and provide or manage a quote.

This processing is generally necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a service agreement and for our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and operating the business. Information may also be retained where necessary to meet legal or record-keeping obligations.

Third-party form processor

The website uses Formspree to receive, filter and deliver quote enquiries. Form submissions may be processed and temporarily stored by Formspree. We may also use service providers supporting website hosting, email and communications where necessary to respond to your enquiry.

Where a service provider processes information outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards should be used as required by applicable data protection law.

Retention

Formspree’s free service currently stores submission history for up to 30 days. Enquiry emails and related records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to manage the quote, customer communication, follow-up and applicable business or legal record-keeping. Information that is no longer required is deleted or securely archived.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, or object to certain processing. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission.

Automated decisions

Cullens Cleaning does not use website enquiry information to make automated decisions about customers.

Cookies and analytics

The website offers optional Google Analytics 4 measurement to help Cullens Cleaning understand how visitors find and use the site, which pages are useful and whether quote requests are completed. Google Analytics is kept off unless you select “Accept analytics” in the website’s consent controls.
