How quote enquiry information is handled

This policy explains how Cullens Cleaning handles information submitted through the website and how customers can contact us about their personal information.

Last updated: 17 September 2026

Who is responsible for your information

Cullens Cleaning, based in Buncrana, County Donegal, is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at cullenscleaningdonegal@gmail.com or +353 85 257 8392.

Information collected

The quote form collects your name, email address, preferred contact method, property Eircode or postcode and cleaning service type. It also collects your phone number if you choose phone or WhatsApp contact, along with any preferred dates and property details you provide. We also receive information you choose to provide by phone, email, WhatsApp or social media.

How and why the information is used

Cullens Cleaning uses enquiry information to review your request, contact you about the clean, ask relevant follow-up questions, arrange a visit where needed and provide or manage a quote.

This processing is generally necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a service agreement and for our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and operating the business. Information may also be retained where necessary to meet legal or record-keeping obligations.

Third-party form processor

The website uses Formspree to receive, filter and deliver quote enquiries. Form submissions may be processed and temporarily stored by Formspree. We may also use service providers supporting website hosting, email and communications where necessary to respond to your enquiry.

Where a service provider processes information outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards should be used as required by applicable data protection law.

Retention

Formspree’s free service currently stores submission history for up to 30 days. Enquiry emails and related records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to manage the quote, customer communication, follow-up and applicable business or legal record-keeping. Information that is no longer required is deleted or securely archived.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, or object to certain processing. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission.

Automated decisions

Cullens Cleaning does not use website enquiry information to make automated decisions about customers.

Cookies and measurement

We offer optional Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website, and Google Ads measurement to understand which adverts lead to quote requests. Neither loads until you opt in. Choose “Analytics only” for website analytics, “Accept all” for analytics and advertising measurement, or “Decline optional cookies” to keep both off. Your ability to request a quote is unaffected.

If accepted, measurement may collect pages viewed, approximate location, referring website, device and browser information, and interactions with phone, WhatsApp and quote-form features. Advertising measurement may use ad-click identifiers and cookies to connect an advert interaction with a completed enquiry. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, property address or enquiry message to Google through these tags.

Google Analytics may set cookies beginning with _ga; advertising measurement may use cookies and browser storage beginning with _gcl. The website uses consent as the basis for this optional measurement. Advertising storage and advertising user data remain denied unless you accept advertising measurement. Personalised advertising and Google Signals remain disabled.

Your choice is stored in your browser. You can change or withdraw it at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. When you withdraw, we stop the relevant measurement, reload the page where necessary, and clear accessible measurement cookies and ad-attribution storage on this website. This does not erase data already received by Google.

Google processes measurement data using its service infrastructure. See Google’s Privacy Policy for details. Measurement data is subject to the retention controls configured in the relevant Google product.
