Post-construction cleaning, also known as an after-builders or builder handover clean, deals with fine plaster and sawdust, surface residue and the detailed dust left after trades have finished. The scope is shaped around newly fitted materials and the condition in which the site is presented.
Typical priorities include kitchens, bathrooms, floors, internal glass, windows, frames, doors, skirting boards, cabinets, switches, fittings and high- or low-level dusting where required. The agreed clean finishes with a presentation check against the quoted scope.
We can work with a homeowner preparing to move in or discuss residential handover and multiple-unit requirements with a builder or contractor. Larger work is assessed against the programme, property access, team capacity and standard required rather than accepted on a one-size-fits-all basis.

If something in the agreed scope was missed or left unfinished, we’ll return to complete it at no extra charge. Further cleaning needed after other trades, deliveries or new mess is quoted separately.
