We’re based in Buncrana and work across Inishowen, Letterkenny, wider Donegal and Derry. Recurring visits depend on your location and our schedule. A small travel charge may apply for longer journeys. We confirm any travel charge in your quote before you book.
Is a regular clean the same as a deep clean?
A regular clean keeps on top of everyday cleaning. A deep clean allows more detailed attention to build-up, fittings, skirting boards and other areas. If your home needs extra work before regular visits begin, we’ll discuss that with you.
Are cupboard interiors and ovens included in a deep clean?
Cupboard interiors are included. Oven interior cleaning is an optional appliance add-on and is quoted separately. Please empty cupboards before the clean so we can reach the inside surfaces.
Do I need to be at the property?
You do not need to be home. You can arrange to leave a key and agree access with us beforehand. Please let us know if anyone will be at the property, and about any pets we should be aware of.
Can I send photographs for a quote?
Yes. Photographs can help us understand the condition and size of the clean. You can send them by WhatsApp or email after your initial enquiry.
