Each property has different rooms, access and presentation priorities. We agree the practical changeover scope in advance, covering areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors, surfaces, bins and the final details guests notice on arrival.
Regular changeovers or occasional backup can be discussed around checkout, check-in and access arrangements. Tight or same-day turnarounds are subject to property size, travel time and confirmed availability.
Key collection or property access should be agreed before the first clean. Linen coordination can be discussed by arrangement, and guest supplies already provided at the property can be restocked as part of the agreed brief.
If the team notices visible damage, a maintenance issue or an item left behind while completing the clean, it can be reported to the host. This is a practical observation during cleaning rather than a formal property inspection.

You do not need to be home. You can arrange to leave a key and agree access with us beforehand. Please let us know if anyone will be at the property, and about any pets we should be aware of.
